A StrokeSafe ambassador from the National Stroke Foundation visited our church to educate our church members about what stroke is and what we can do to prevent it.
It was a time efficient way to learn life-saving stroke prevention and awareness messages.
It is said that church is not just a place to gain spiritual knowledge and understanding but also learning how to look after our physical body which is the temple of the Holy Spirit.
