The team is responsible for the physical set up of the church each week. They are also responsible for setting up and running the sound equipment for the worship team and setting up and running the overhead/video projector. At the end of the service, we take it all down and put it away.
The goal of the logistics team is to be invisible. If everything is going perfectly, there are no members of the team running around trying to fix stuff right before (or during) one of Sunday’s services or events. They are the first people there on Sunday morning and the last to leave.

Housekeeping, such as sweeping, mopping and emptying trash is included in the tasks to make the building presentable and usable. This ministry is a vital part of transforming our place of worship back into the community centre arrangement.
